Enrollment is now open for children aged 7–12 in the Ukrainian national Cossack martial art “Spas.”

Program includes: general physical and acrobatic training, wrestling, self-defense techniques, elements of combat hopak, striking techniques with hands and feet, participation in demonstrations, competitions, and more.

For children with good physical fitness.

Coach: Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports, Category 1 coach, practicing sports therapist at a rehabilitation center in Düsseldorf.
