About us
Our association was initially founded in 2016 as an initiative.
In 2019, this initiative developed into an association that opened up to all communities and age groups.
Our goal is to support and empower children, young people, families, women, men and senior citizens equally.
We are guides and encouragers, acting with heart and mind, striving to integrate people with a migration background into local social and political life.
de.Perspektive e.V. promotes integration through education, sports and culture. We aim to accompany people with migration experience on their path to integration, to discover new ways of participating in social, political and cultural life together and to actively shape these processes. Every citizen should be able to independently and consciously improve their own living situation. In this way, we seek to contribute to the economic, scientific, cultural and social development of the country.
De.Perspektive e.V. addresses its services to multilingual children, young people, parents, families and senior citizens, both with and without a migration background.
In our work, we focus on the following areas:

- digitalisation and media work
- intercultural openness
In all our activities, we take current developments on both the political and cultural level into account. As we strive to be a platform for the development of sociocultural, intercultural, integrative, democratic and social synergy, we are committed to continuously expanding our network. The association and its educational events and activities are open not only to its members, but to everyone interested – regardless of origin, faith, gender, age or culture.
Our activities since 2022:
Since 2022, our association has expanded its work and has been actively supporting Ukrainian families who were forced to leave their homes because of the war.
Our activities include:
- Transport of food and clothing to Ukraine: we make every effort to deliver essential goods to Ukraine and support those who find themselves in difficult circumstances.
- Support for integration: we assist with finding language courses and opportunities for professional development, help with navigating the German school system, organise summer leisure activities, provide political education for young people with a migration background, support the professionalisation of newly created initiatives and act as the voice of Ukrainians in Germany. Our work is aimed at fostering peaceful coexistence between different communities in Germany.
- Leisure, education and culture: we promote leisure, education and culture by offering a wide range of activities and organising cultural events.
